Numbers 15:29 – You shall have one law for him who sins unintentionally, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel and for the stranger who dwells among them. (NKJV)

Everyone must receive the same correction for unintentional sins.

Exodus 35:29 – The children of Israel brought a freewill offering to the Lord, all the men and women whose hearts were willing to bring material for all kinds of work which the Lord, by the hand of Moses, had commanded to be done. (NKJV)
